John brings over 13 years of impactful experience in the NHS and Pharma sectors. Renowned for his results-driven leadership, he has mentored countless rising stars and is passionately committed to advancing the growth and success of Black Professionals.

John’s vision is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves equal opportunity and access to success. Through BPLS, he is working tirelessly to turn that vision into reality.

Amina has 15 years of dynamic experience across academia, global consulting, and pharma. She leads cross-functional teams and has a passion for purpose-driven leadership and helping others find their purpose.

A sought-after keynote speaker and industry panellist, Amina tackles a range of industry and people-focused topics. She's spearheaded Employee Resource Groups and founded the UK & Ireland DE&I Council at her current organisation.

As a co-founder of BPLS, Amina is dedicated to laying strong foundations for diversity, equity, and inclusion, driving innovation and addressing health inequities in the UK life sciences sector.
